How to Request a Return

To start your return, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
 When contacting us, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Pictures of the product (if applicable)

  • A brief reason for return

Our team may offer you a 10% cashback if you’d prefer to keep the product. If not, simply ship your order back to our return address.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive your returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The product price paid by the customer will be refunded to the provided bank details.

  • Change of mind returns are also accepted within 30 days of purchase.
